Mindful Art

MIndful art is a form of meditation.  It provides  a unique role in restoring a sesne of vitality and joy, allowing individuals to tell their story in through expression of mind and body in art form.  Mindful art can help still the what we call the "monkey mind" bringing calm and insight.  MIndful art opens indivudals for growth and transformation.  

During mindful art, you are encouraged to notice your breath, thoughts, emotions, and sensations.  It is a creative form of meditation.  No matter how skilled you are as an artist, approach your art with a beginners mind, focus on the process of creating rather than the outcome.
